It's all about value!

In farming, you need three things: efficiency, perseverance and a positive attitude. Those are the same qualities you need to succeed in home building.

History Maker Homes Dedicates First Home for Hope

History Maker Homes for Hope DedicationI’d like to say a big congrats to History Maker Homes on dedicating their very first Home for Hope! I know this is an exciting time for them, the organization and for everyone involved in the build.

Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, History Maker Homes has succeeded in making the dreams of home ownership come true for over 60 years. Now, with this Home for Hope, the builder will be able to do just that with local buyers plus a lot more. Proceeds from the sale of the home will be used to help HOPE International.

Through HOPE, micro loans from the proceeds can be made to clients around the world for resources to start or expand a business more efficiently, allowing for a sustainable income. Through these loans, individuals, families and communities can break free from the grip of poverty.

History Maker Homes decided to partner with HOPE International to build a Home for HOPE because giving back is one of their guiding principles and foundational elements of their company. Of course, I think partnering with this non-profit was a great decision!

Located at 9012 Cranston Court, the two-story home has 4,002 square feet, five bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. Interior highlights include ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen, nook and all baths, granite countertops in the kitchen, large kitchen island, Whirlpool kitchen appliances, dual vanities in the owner’s suite, study with French doors, atrium door to a covered patio and much more.

Congrats again, History Maker Homes, on your first Home for Hope!

Until next time,
