Currently, Homes for Hope has built 90 homes to date. That number is growing thanks to dedicated builders like Schuber Mitchell Homes in Missouri. The company was formed by Joplin area residents Dan Mitchell (Founder of Bridge Ministries) and Daman Schuber (Co-Founder of American Ramp Company) when they realized the need for well built, competitively priced homes by a local builder.
Schuber Mitchell Homes is working on Joplin’s first-ever Homes for Hope, and it’s coming along great! Numerous trade partners and supplies have come along the builder to donate labor, materials and services. The home is going to be the first home in the builder’s brand new Phase 2 addition to its Anderson Estates community.
Anderson Estates in Webb City, Missouri is close to shopping, excellent schools and recreations. Plus, the community offers brand new, all brick homes with an energy efficient design. These features will make the Home for Hope a fast-seller.
All profits will benefit HOPE International, a Christian organization working in many of the world’s poorest countries to help families escape poverty through business development.
